3. Recipients and processors
I never sell your data. The following processors act on my behalf:

Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, transfers rely on an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses under Articles 45–46 GDPR.
4. Cookies
Strictly necessary cookies are used without consent under Section 155(4) of Hungarian Act C of 2003 on electronic communications; all other cookies are set only with your prior, freely given consent. See the cookie policy.
5. Your rights
- Access: confirmation of whether I process your data, and a copy of it.
- Rectification: correction of inaccurate data and completion of incomplete data.
- Erasure: deletion where the purpose has ended or consent is withdrawn and no other legal basis applies.
- Restriction: in defined cases you may ask me to only store your data.
- Portability: machine-readable data where processing is automated and based on consent or contract.
- Objection: you may object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Withdrawal of consent: at any time, without giving reasons; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
Send your request to info@landconcept.eu or by post. I respond within one month; for complex requests this may be extended by two months, of which I will inform you.
6. Security
The site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Access is limited to authorised staff, systems are protected by passwords, access control and regular backups. Personal data breaches are handled under Articles 33–34 GDPR.
7. Remedies
Please contact me first if you believe your rights have been infringed. You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, H-1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11., ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu, naih.hu), with the supervisory authority of your habitual residence, or bring court proceedings.
